Micro foam:
The first try was successful, but then the pitcher has seemed to be too big and the wand too short. We couldn't find smaller metal pitchers in the shops and the test with smaller cups were always disasters as the milk over flowed. Maybe, I should just try  with the pitcher and some extra amount of milk.

As the Naked PF and double filter gave too much on Rocky9, I went back to eight. The Gran Palomar just seemed to end before a decent shot..

Shot 13:
Using Silvia Cheat (a few on/of with the brew button, and releasing before the brew the too hot water). Tamping 13 kg and the brew was 50 ml espresso in 23 seconds. Still some spatter of coffee from between the group head and PF. First it looked nice, but the brew became very much lighter towards the end. Still a better looking crema and the taste was quite good. The cake had several (three to four) channeling holes, which could explain the too light brew.

Shot 14:
Identical Silvia Cheat and tamping. Still some spatter, the brew was 45 ml in 23 seconds with similar crema. The cake looked afterwards better, but there were still two clear holes in it.

Shot 15:
With the last Gran Palomar. Slightly more coffee, tamp 14 kg and Silvia Cheat. The brew was 40 ml in 25 seconds. Best crema so far and it really tasted good. The cake was dry and looked OK. I wish to have similar brews more.

The working is more confident, but there are more questions than answers. Also I was very firmly advised to go for a finer grind.
